Terms of use
What this site is, and what governs the work.
These terms cover the website. They do not cover client engagements — those are governed by the contract signed for that engagement, which takes precedence over anything on this page.

Using this site
This site is published by Effectv.ai. By using it you accept these terms. If you do not, please stop using it.
You may read, quote and share what is published here with attribution and a link back. You may not republish substantial parts of it as your own, or use it to train a model that reproduces it.
What the content is
Everything published here — the pages, the articles, the worked example — is general commentary on redesigning work around AI. It is written to be useful to someone thinking through the problem. It is not advice for your specific organization, and it should not be relied on as though it were.
Nothing here is legal, financial, tax, or employment advice. Decisions about your organization's structure, staffing, or investment should be taken with advisers who know your circumstances.
The worked example
The Meridian sample is exactly that: a sample. It is a constructed engagement built to show the shape and depth of the output, not a record of a client. The figures in it are illustrative and derive from the sample's own stated assumptions. They are not a forecast for your organization and should not be read as one.
Estimates and ranges
Where our material carries a range — time saved, effort shifted, return — it is an estimate produced from stated inputs and assumptions, and it carries the sensitivity check that goes with it. Estimates are not guarantees of outcome. What an engagement actually produces depends on decisions and conditions inside your organization that we do not control.
Client work
Engagements are governed by a separate written agreement covering scope, fees, confidentiality, data handling, intellectual property and liability. Where that agreement and this page differ, the agreement governs. Nothing on this website constitutes an offer, and no engagement begins until an agreement is signed by both parties.
Intellectual property
The Effectv name and logo, the methodology and its frameworks, and the text and design of this site belong to Effectv.ai, except where something is credited to someone else. The Human Agency Scale used in our work is from Stanford's WORKBank research and belongs to its authors; we apply it, we did not create it.
Links to other sites
Where we link out, we are pointing at something worth reading. We do not control those sites and are not responsible for what they publish or how they handle your data.
Availability and liability
We aim to keep the site accurate and available, but we make no guarantee of either. To the extent the law allows, Effectv.ai is not liable for loss arising from use of, or reliance on, this website. Nothing here limits liability for fraud or for anything else that cannot lawfully be limited.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts of India have jurisdiction over any dispute arising from use of this website. This does not affect rights you have under the mandatory law of the country you live in.
Changes
We may update these terms. The date at the top shows when they last changed, and the version on this page is the one that applies.
